Seem to be having some issues when Enqueue'ing some playlists. Smetimes the larger lists take a minute or two to be added to the list and when it does the tracks are not linked to the correct songs, I choose something from the que and it plays a different track.
Also if the currently playing song changes during Enqueue'in pause it wipes everything from the list and you have to start the process again?
Any ideas Thanks

how many songs are in the playlist and how many are in your collection total?
When loading from a playlist or anything in the browser.. each file needs to be matched with its entry in the database... from all my testing it never took more than a second or 2.. so im curious to see how large your collection is
if you are getting a mismatch between the playlist entry and the song it plays.. that can be caused by not having all the files scanned in.. be sure to run a full scan of all your music
i'll look into why the playlist is being wiped on a track change... the scenario you describe was something i never tested

Just wiped the database and rescanned all tracks. Loading a playlist of 6000 tracks took over a minute and once loaded into the playlist section once again the tracks dont link to the correct songs.
Adding a playlist of 10 tracks and all files match properly.
Also once i started playing the playlist I forgot to turn-off shuffle all and the playlist was wipped and had to reload it again.

Sorri forgot there was an error log! And oooppps acidently sent it to you without my details.
Seems like lots of missing links, are the pathnames too long for the player?

the filenames dont seem long enough to cause an issue
does it seem like the scan isnt getting all your music? I see a few tool songs from a tool album listed in the errors. Go to the artist view and see if any of the tool albums listed there seem empty / missing

files that arent found in the library would probably be the reason the playlist takes so long to load... i put in a wait when a file cant be found.. this was in the assumption that the song was currently being scanned in
if you have a playlist with many files that didnt get scanned in.. all those waits would add up making it take forever
i still have no idea why certain albums would be skipped during the scan process.. the only slight info i've gotten is a folder with tons of direct subfolders and file might be the problem.. but i havent been able to recreate it myself to see the issue

Just cleared the database again and rescanning my tracks, will see how many tracks it reports and compare that to what mediamonkey is exporting.
Will pay more attention to tracks that crash the player and will check folder location, how many subfolders.

After new scan,
Just sent an error report to you, it is the one generated when loading the same playlist as before (approx 6000 tracks), took 3 minutes to load. Tracks still not matching. All the tracks listed in the report are on the device, just been through everyone and each played.

i meant do they show up in the artist/album view.. the file browser view shows everything scanned or not.. the other views only show the music that actually gets scanned in.. a few other people had issues with everything not getting scanned in

hmm interesting.. at some point i may give you a special build of the app so i can take a look at what the database has stored.. unless you happen to have your device rooted.. then i can tell you where to grab the database file to send to me

Stuck at work on Xmas Day ! WOO-HOO!
Still having no luck with the player, enqued 5 albums this morning, and every couple of tracks it freezes at the begining of the song, details and art load but wont play, forward the track and the next track and it will play, after skipping forward if you go back the song that froze it will then play.
Making no sence to me? Any ideas ? None of these freezes report in the Error Log.
Playlists still not matching up, and taking to long too load.

the slow loading playlists i know the cause but I have to rewrite a lot of the playlist code to fix it
as for issues that dont show up in the error log.. uninstall and then reinstall. It seems to be a common thing on the archos devices (and even some android ones)
i had someone report all these issues on the new galaxy nexus.. i couldnt find anything wrong with the code.. he told me he reinstalled and everything worked perfectly after that
im on vacation these next 2 weeks but after that I will probably do a specific build for you so i can take a look at the database so i can find out why some songs arent loading from your playlists (which in turn makes the song mismatch)
