I purchased your app on the some time ago. I upgraded my phone from a Galaxy 3 to Galaxy 5. Using Smart Switch I moved app apps from the 3 to the 5. I cannot get the Unlocker Code to transfer/work on the 5. Also I cannot delete albums from the app. Going to Albums, holding the album I want to delete and hitting delete it just stays there.. I really think this is the best music app out there..... I have been using the same Gmail ID all the time. Thanks, Jim

on your s5 you need to log in to the play store with the account you used to purchase the unlocker and then you can download it.. the unlocker is bound to the google account and not the device.
If your music is on an sdcard, starting on kitkat and above, 3rd party apps do not have access to edit or delete files on external sdcards. Google locked it down for whatever insane reason (if you google this there are hundreds of articles talking about it)

First thanks for the reply. I did that from my phone and a PC after logging on to Google,no luck it still trues to bill me, I should be going to the unlocker,right? As for deleting files, I just want to delete them from the albums list. I have used a files program to delete them from the SD card.. Thanks, Jim

its not possible to be billed for the same app twice.. so you should dig through your email and find your order confirmation to check which account you did it on.. and then you can also email me the order number at gonemadsoftware@gmail.com and i can check the status of it.
if you remove files from your sdcard you can just run the "clean database" option in the scanner and it will remove files that no longer exist on the device. If they dont go away that means they are still on your device (quite possibly in a hidden folder)

Still doesn't download for free...I only have one Gmail ID that I have always used, can't find the confirmation letter....Now, if it isn't going to charge me, should I still get "Buy" ? Thanks, Jim

i'd have to guess that you never purchased it through google play or the transaction was overturned and you werent charged. Google play emails receipts for every transaction so unless you explicitly deleted it you should still have it. You can also log into your google wallet account and probably find the order number that way. Could you have purchased it through amazon or something?

I found the email, you sent an apk file to unlock it on 6/5/13. I don't have the apk file. let me know where to forward the email to, I'm guessing that should be enough proof....I did purchase it through Google Play....

Thanks, Jim if i sent you an apk than i dont think you would have purchased through google play.. also if you still have that email you should be able to download the apk again from the attachment either way forward it to gonemadsoftware@gmail.com
