When I am using GMMP to play music in my car via bluetooth (its great as it is showing the metadata which a lot of players don't seem to do). The only issue is that when I new song starts it plays for a couple of seconds, then stops for a couple of seconds then carries on again and is fine until it gets to the start of the next track and does it again.
This happens if I let the previous track finish on its own and when I skip to the next track.
Have tried changing various settings with no luck, it doesn't do it if im just listening on headphones and doesn't do it with any other player.
Any ideas or am I missing something obvious?
Thanks

Yeah a Samsung s3 I9305 (sorry forgot to mention that) I have disabled auto-haptic but its still doing it. My playlists have now disappeared and I cant seem to get them back but it plays fine if I shuffle all music.

Ok, so I have had a play around in the headset settings and the problem seemed to be the fact that single button mode was ticked. After unchekcing this the playback is now smooth with no stopping in playlists or shuffle all.
Thanks for the quick reply and keep up the good work!
After trying more than 20 music player apps this is by far my favourite and does everything I want. Now that this issue is fixed it is the perfect player.
cheers, Stace

thats really weird. The thought on the issue was due to an attempt at fixing avrcp 1.3 on samsung 4.3+ devices. It sends out a pause status on track change (this was to force the metadata to update). I have since removed that in the current beta build (1.5.0.4) and i have had one user report there was no pausing
The single button mode just responds to remote control presses slightly different since its mainly for single button headsets. If you dont have one then turning it off shouldnt affect you.
Anyway im glad you found a solution. I will be on a lookout for similar cases
