From the Call Handling option: "When a phone call is being received, GMMP will automatically pause playback."
Feature Request: An option to not pause playback, but continue playing the track selected during an incoming call request (especially if the phone is in Silent Mode at the time).
Situation: For various reasons, I'll have my phone on silent and placed where I can see the screen as I work while listening to music via headphones. I'll have visual notification of an incoming call, so there is no need to disrupt the audio unless I choose to answer. I understand I may have to stop (and resume) playback manually, but if the call is worth answering, another swipe or two is not an issue. As this is my work phone, I receive a lot of not worthy calls.

yea that might be hard to do.. when calls come in they send out the same intents as other events like unplugging your headset and there is no way to distinguish between the 2

Ick. That would be a horrid mess to sort out. Thank you for letting us know the difficulty involved. I figured it would come down to a system notification-like event.
And thank you for a wonderful music player. Ah, gapless on 4.1.2. Splendid!
