Hello,
Since the latest GMMP update I've noticed that all my scrobbled playcounts are doubled.
I'm using the simple last.fm scrobbler in the settings and then transfer playdates/playcounts into my iTunes via iSyncr app. This setup worked perfectly up until two days ago.
Any ideas? Thanks

absolutely nothing has changed with the scrobbler. The last update was all bug fixes.
If you are using the simple last.fm scrobbler (SLS) in teh settings you need to disable scrobbles from "Android Player" in SLS. In order to support metadata over bluetooth.. it sends out information that SLS picks up under Android Player.. and if you have the SLS setting enabled in GMMP it also shows up as scrobbles in SLS as GoneMAD Music Player
metadata over bluetooth was added many months ago so nothing about the new update changed that.. you might have just not noticed the double scrobbles?

Okay, it's back to normal. I closed GMMP & rebooted the phone.
I think it might've been a case of two instances of GMMP running at the same time, as I accidentaly allowed the update while playing music.
Does it even make sense?

yea that actually does.. I dont like the update process android uses. 50% of the bug reports i get are due to something similar. I also believe sometimes updating while music is playing causes the whole update to get corrupt (i'll get very weird error reports that are solved by a reinstall)
