Hey GoneMAD, The notification player is working just fine, the only problem I have with it is that sometimes when I want to press next/previous/play/pause I accidentaly press on the area below or above it and it opens the music player. It's like theres a 1 pixel area below or above those buttons that are like the left half of the notification player (album art side) which, when touched, opens the music player. Is it possible to have that right side of the notification player (with the player controls) not open the player at all times? I have an Xperia Sola running Cyanogenmod 9.1 ported by FXP. Love your player and the dedication you're putting in to it Kind regards, Bart

is the issue only in the expanded notifications?

I've only been able to reproduce the bug with the "Notification Style" on "Simple", it works fine on "Detailed". The "Expanded Notifications" and "Show Album Art" options do not seem to affect it with either "Simple" or "Detailed" notification styles. The "Expanded Notifications" function is a bit of a mystery for me actually, it doesn't seem to change anything? Or is it not a UI related function? I've had this problem, for as far as I can remember, ever since I started using your player.

to further clarify. Expanded notifications work on 4.1 up and only show anything different if the GMMP notification is on top of the notification list.. you will see something like this: Some devices have them collapsed by default like the HTC one X. You can expand them by taking 2 fingers and pinching outwards (i think.. google it if that doesnt work) i'll take a look at the simple notifications.. they are diff layouts from the detailed one so it must be specific to that

this unfortunately doesnt look like anything i can fix. I believe the detailed notification prevents it due to the 3 lines of text extend the controls touch area down completely to the top / bottom. The simple notification is only 2 lines and there is no way that i can find to extended the touch area completely to the top/bottom. From all the test i've done.. it does seem pretty hard to hit that small region tho.. touching anywhere close to the arrows will register as a prev/next
