Hi, I've been finding that recently, more often than not, after any period of "inactivity" (i.e. not listening to a song for a while) when I select a new song to play GMMP will close. (When it closes, the widget on the desktop is still loaded and still showing the previously loaded song.) I open it again and the new song is loaded in the Now Playing window. If I press play, the new song will start playing, but from part way through (i.e. not from the beginning, but a seemingly random time into the song). If I set the song back to the start, the rest of the session continues with no problems. Unfortunately, I can't reliably reproduce this problem (the inactivity seems to be a big part, and it's hard to simulate that aside from just waiting! , but it's been popping up consistently for the last couple of weeks (coinciding I think with upgrading to android 4.2). I'm using a galaxy s3. I've tried with and without open sl enabled and that doesn't make a difference. Is there anything else I should try or that would help you to know? Thanks.

that usually indicates a crash. which carrier do you have? The verizon 4.2 aosp based roms are extremely buggy at the moment.
Download catlog and save and email me a log when this happens

I'm in Australia so I have the international version of the s3 (and I'm running the LiquidSmooth rom at the moment)
I've installed catlog now, so I'll send you the log once I get it to happen again.
And I should say, it's an annoyance, but hardly a show-stopper, so I don't want to waste your time if it's likely to be caused by a buggy rom. But anyway, I'll send through the logs and maybe something will jump out.
