Album Art when browsing and speed

Hi,
First of all Gonemad is THE only player which handles my huge cifs mounted music collection fairely well. Could the speed when browsing impoved? Maybe a option to disable folder count?

Second: It would be great to have album art when browsing folders. Mixzing has this feature and fast browsing but cant play cifs mounted drives.

what part of browsing cifs is slow? The folder/file counts are done in the background so it shouldnt lag the UI (although it might cause unnecessary network traffic)

Thanks for your answer! Especially the top level folders are slow (5 to 10 sek lag), the deeper the faster it is.

k.. then yea simply not showing the stats would probably speed it up greatly
