Hi there.
I'm using a Jellyfin Server for context on my system.
I have successfully created movie collections without any problems, however TV shows don't seem to be working at all.
I have several channels I've made with completely different shows in each. Some even with single seasons of shows. None of them are being scheduled in my guide.
I can create channels normally with TV shows, but the collections feature for shows would work even better for me.
Any guidance would be excellent.
EDIT: I found my problem. I'd actually remade the collections after the server crashed a couple of days ago.
However, Quasi has remembered them in their old state so even though they're full now they don't populate.
A strange bug.
EDIT #2:
This has led me to find that Quasi doesn't seem to be scanning for new collections or playlists
Re running the setup or login does not force a scan for either.
Am I just doing something wrong?

collections and playlists are synced along with tv and movies every hour or 2. What QuasiTV stores is the associated episode, show, or movie ids that get returned by the server. If those IDs do not match any content QuasiTV knows about.. it cannot schedule them. QuasiTV of course, does not control what the server's api returns.
If your collection is full of many individual episodes/movies.. im talking 10's of thousands.. it can take a super long time to sync.. to the point where the syncing job gets restarted by the android OS (it doesnt allow a job to to run longer than 10 minutes).. and when its restarted in this case.. everything is lost and it has to query for everything again. The length of the sync is mostly determined by how fast your server can respond to the api queries. I know when i was testing with plex, my server was taking like a second or 2 per api call that was only querying for 50-100 items at a time

also i should note that if you did re things up.. that would have deleted quasi tvs database and grabbed everything the server returned. If it still had outdated playlists/collections, then jellyfin is returning an outdated collection/playlist
