This has only seemed to occur with Studio Ghibli movies, for which I've made a dedicated channel. I have tried remaking the channel, with/without direct playback, with/without reporting playback. I cant think of other solutions to try.
edit: I just remembered another thing. I was running my server through Jellyfin when i added the Ghibli movies. None of them would appear on the QuasiTV library so I had to switch to plex. cant explain that one either.

i dont have any answers for you unfortunately. quasitv tells exoplayer to start at time X which is calculated based off the current time and where in the video the schedule says it is.. its up to exoplayer to start playback at the position
As for content not showing up, thats a server side issue.. quasitv can only add what is returned via jellyfin/emby/plex's api calls
