Hello, new GoneMad user here and so far I'm really liking it. But I have 2 questions that I haven't found the answer yet.
Is there any easy way, preferably with a widget or some shortcut to quickly shuffle and start playing a smart playlist? Right now I have to open the app, click the 3 bars, click Smart, click the 3 dots on the smart playlist, then click shuffle. Is there an easier way?
Also, is there anyway to show the number of songs in a playlist?
TIA

you can use any file manager / explorer app and make a shortcut for the smart playlist file (.spl) in /storage/gmmp/smart As long as the sort order in the smart playlist is set to random it'll essentially play shuffled

I tried a different app and it let me change which program to open it with. So thank you! That is exactly what I want. It doesn't appear that I could do that with stock Android on my Pixel 6a, so I downloaded File Commander, made a shortcut, but when I click it, it says, "No apps can perform that action." Any idea how I can make a shortcut so it opens in GoneMad?
