No album art on lock screen

Hi,
since I use GMMP instead of Rocket Music Player, there is no more album art displayed on my Galaxy S7's lock screen.
Is there any parameter I missed to fix this ?

there is no API for an app to directly put art on the lockscreen. Its up to the manufacturers to do that. GMMP does populate all the associated APIs that contain art / track metadata

Are you running the default settings or did you start messing around with them?

I think I use default settings, but after trying many different parameters in GMMP to get the album art displayed on the lock screen, perhaps I did something wrong...

For information, when I play music with Google Play, the album art is displayed on the lockscreen.

perhaps someone with that device can help out. as mentioned GMMP populates all the correct APIs with the album art

gmmp is definitely doing that. The only settings i can think of is under advanced settings -> general -> braodcast metadata and broadcast album art. Turning those off would likely interfere with putting art on the lockscreen

Yes, these were some of the settings I tried, without success...

Until I RESTART my phone with these settings ON, and it works perfectly now !
