I couldn't find anything regarding this topic on Trello, however this is still a feature I miss in everyday usage.
Is there a possibility to add this request?

No plans on adding this. Just do the add to playlist action more than once. Sure a multi add may save you a few seconds, but it would take a lot more time for me to implement it into the app I put something up on Trello for record keeping, but it unlikely I'd ever get the time to look into it.
