Pop up keyboard on an Nvidia Shield will not allow you to get to the create button using the remote. Using a keyboard and the tab key sometimes works but not consistently.

you can just press the back button on the shield remote and it hides the keyboard and lets you navigate the buttons. just did that on my shield
Those popups are nothing special. just a standard android popup so i am not sure why it behaves like that
