How the heck do I get to the Equaliser????

I can see the options in "Settings - Equaliser"   But when playing music I don't have any equaliser button/tab/option on the menu bar.

I have read the "Help" on the BlogSpot, and did bear in mind it was a few years out of date, but no matter what, I cannot get to the equaliser to say my sound options.

Anyone able to help?
