Google Play Music Never Goes Away

If I play music using Google Play Music, then pause and leave the app, the DashClock Music entry does not disappear from my DashClock until I reboot my phone. It's been on there for over a day now.

I thought perhaps Google Play Music was keeping it open somehow, but I've even tried Force Closing it at no avail.

can you just turn off the show when paused option? its up to the player to properly broadcast their status.. if show when paused is on and the player doesnt send out a stop message, the extension will never know when to hide
