Hi. For some reason automatic track changes will not crossfade. Manual track changes crossfade OK though. I have the crossfade set in the preferences. The device is the Lenovo Yoga 10.
Thanks for any help. David

well there are 2 options under crossfade you should look at that are on by default "On Shuffle Only" which only crossfades if shuffle is active and "Disable when gapless" which will not crossfade if you are not shuffling and there is gapless data in the files (most files have this data)

works just fine on my moto g with those 2 unchecked. If you arent using shuffle auto transitions only happen when you have songs in your queue. On queue completion actions do not crossfade

Oh well, it doesn't work for me. not too sure what to tell you. Crossfade works correctly on all 50 test devices i have. Does it crossfade when shuffling is enabled? What do you have the crossfade length set at?

Hi. No it doesn't crossfade with shuffle enabled. The crossfade length is set at 5 seconds but I have tried several different times but doesn't crossfade.

prefs -> general -> error log -> send error report. Send that in so i can take a look at all the settings you are using in GMMP

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall GMMP? Most unexplainable issues get fixed with a reinstall

Just tried that, same result. Must be a peculiarity of the device

Just tried that, same result. Must be a peculiarity of the device possibly.. but the fact that manual crossfade works is what baffles me.. it executes the same code
