I've recently started using GoneMad and am well pleased with it. I'm trying to duplicate a smart playlist I have in Apple Music and MusicBee which allows me to create a rule using "Least Often Played" (or "Most Often"). This means I can create a playlist of 5 star rated songs that have been - if you like - forgotten over the years. Seems to happen as the library grows...
Is this possible?
Many thanks.

You can create a new Smart playlist with rules for “Play Count Equals 0” AND “Rating Equals 5” (or 10?) and you can order them by Play Count or Last Played in ascending order.

I'm not sure that would work as these tracks have been played (so playcount > 0). I guess I'm after tracks that have been played the least but have a high rating.

So then you could still look for the high ratings, and change the play count to a less than something, or order the playlist using play count on ascending order and limit the number of tracks. Lots of options you can use for this.

I'll take a look. I've only discovered these Most/Least Often Played options fairly recently and they've proved handy as it automates the process completely whereas using an actual play count number involved altering that number as the counts increase. I'll see what I can figure out and thanks for the pointers.

Playcount < 0 (less than zero)? I'm not sure if that's possible or is a GMMP special feature? I'm not sure what I hoped is possible but I can always export the list from MusicBee, but this would lose the automation.

Change the “0” to some other number that you have decided makes sense in your case. From the suggestions already made I’m sure you can work with the Smart playlist editor in GMMP and build a playlist that works for you. And you can edit this any time to shorten or expand your list.
There is no option to export an Auto-playlist from MusicBee that will work in GMMP.

MusicBee can export an auto playlist as a static playlist which then works with GMMP. I think this will be the way I'll go as the idea is that the playlist will then contain a few surprises I'd forgotten about. Syncing then updates the last played date and play count in MusicBee which then updates the playlist without any further intervention.
I should say this is more of a wish or an "on the off chance" as otherwise GMMP is a fair step up from the other players I tried.

Not sure if this helps, but I love using the "Last Played Older Than" filter on smart playlists. This would let you put something like "Rating Equals 5.0" and "Last Played Older Than 365 Days" to get you a list of favorites that haven't been played in at least a year. Or make it 90 days or whatever.

Sorry for the late response but it's not quite what I was looking for. The "Least played" selection might include tracks that are least played because you only bought them a week ago but could equally include tracks not played for years. Think I'll put in a feature request.

You can use date added to ignore newly added music
