Just started translating this app into Danish yesterday. I've already translated 400 strings, so 374 still needs to be translated. If any other danes are out there, you should feel free to help me translate this. I gotta admit that it's not all of the strings that I know how to translate properly. But whatever, errors is made to be corrected, haha

Thanks! I would say if you are really unsure about how to translate a string.. to just keep it english. The consensus online seems to be english is preferred over a complete guess or automated translation

Started French translation One question as i've never used this website before. If i leave an entry non-translated, will the English entry be used or should i copy the English entry to French. I ask as there are entries that don't require translation (go translate "GMMP 2x1" ) EDIT : I found the "copy to editor" button on the original text so i guess it should be copied.

If its empty it will default to english, i think it would just affect the progress bar if left blank. If its easy you might as well just copy it over. Thanks for doing the translation!

@gonemad How can I improve the quality of the strings resp. who can change the quality score @getlocalization board? Is that you or is that the "vote translation" (thumbs up) function?
btw. German translations updated / quality improved

well i have the final say, but i dont know any german so the only thing i have to go by is google translate which can be quite inaccurate. The idea of the site is if there are multiple translations, the users vote on which is the best. Now if you only have 2 users working on the translation.. u'll end up with a tie on the voting. A 3rd person would resolve the ties

Ah okay. Is the "quality score" important for you / your project? I mean, I check the German translation in terms of spelling / grammar.

Im not sure what determines the quality score on getlocalization, most likely just the higher amount of votes will increase the score.. but no its not really important to me what that score is. I mean of course I'd like good translations but in the end its up to the users of that translation to make it good

Just a question about translations. I saw the latest updates dealt with some localization improvements. Am I supposed to have GoneMad in French since my Cyanogen OS is in French? Because it's not the case: my GoneMad application always displays the English interface.
