The main advantage, in my opinion, in gonemad is the ability to play files songs from libraries. So I organize my songs by subjects in libraries, Therefore using Tags is unnecessary.(for me (- Most of the information appearing in Tags are not relevant and confusing. And have to spend a vast of time to updat tham. The most important information is the file name and is location. So I ask if you can show the file name and is location in the "playing now" window And in the playlist window. when i'm using Search of a song' i can find the song and i can play it but i cant find is location to put him in a playlist. can you add the path of the file in search? regards Amnon

i take it you mean "folders" instead of libraries.. the library views all use the tags
but yea in 1.1.7 i will add in an option to show filename and folder in now playing. Do you want just the parent folder or the full path? ie /Band Name or /mnt/sdcard/Music/Band Name
i'll add a filename/path search option to my list of things to do

In Each folder I'm building a library of songs by theme (general music, dancing, youth parties, adult parties ...)
In the "playing now" window and in the "playlist" window i like to see just the file name. In the "Search" window i like to see the entire path.
I'd love if you could also allow better control over adding and deleting songs from a playlist after having saving it to the playlists (if i wont to add a new song to a saved playlist, i need to clear the playlist window, open the playlist, add a new song and then save it to anather name and then delet the old one...)

ah okay
yea better playlist management will eventually be added. Currently you should be able to save over an existing playlist.. if you want to add a few songs to it
you can open the playlist, add the songs, then save as that same playlist.. instead of having to give it another name
