Fixed the theme builder issue on my G8, A10. But not the DX160 8.1 flickering. Emailed you another logcat and a pic of the device with the issue.

I uninstalled GMMP completely, deleted all folders, and restarted twice on the DX160. A fresh install of 3.0.11 after, without restoring anything, exhibits the same issues. The Now Playing screen is fine.
Navigating to any other UI with grid view seems to work ok. Artists, Album Artists, Albums seems to work ok, it covers the NP UI and works as expected. Scrolling is smooth and selection from these panes is possible.
Accessing any UI that has a list function (Genres, Songs, Settings, etc.) shows whatever previous UI behind it, and the list scrolling is choppy, and repeating with text that doesn't clear. Eventually the entire list becomes unreadable. But using the back function is working and can be used to get to where the previous screens were and visible again.
Hopefully the logcats shine some light on the issue for you. Let me know if you need any more details.

And (to MotleyGord's point: list views become very quickly indecipherable as text lays over text almost infinitely...creating a mass of over-layed text.

Can anyone confirm the issue applies to Android 10 or 11?

Can anyone confirm the issue applies to Android 10 or 11? This does NOT happen for me on Android 10. It does on Android 8.1. I cannot say for A11.
