at some point i'll trim down the post to mostly show what people have posted (removing questions / feedback as they get incorporated into the top level post and into the app). Unfortunately json does not allow comments, but related to that i can add an $comment() that will just ignore anything inside it.. which essentially can act as comments
Great - yeah, it would be nice to provide some explanation of some of the more complicated stuff. Thank you!

I searched for another font, it looks great with this font (line effect) (google font "GoogleSans-Regular"). Maybe the font type is another as described, but it's okay for me ^^

Other fonts could definitely be installed on the device edit: i believe google sans is the newer material font (think material 2)

There is a check currently. Theoretically i should be able to allow any font, i just didnt play around with what happens if an invalid one is requested

I'm really looking forward to the additional meta elements and functions. This is one of the big differences in GMMP.

I replaced the android standard fonts with a font manager (maybe root needed) to another font (Google see above).

I think I saw another post elsewhere, but can't find it now. If the tag for %sr% could be revised so it is divisible by 1,000 that would clean up the display a touch to show in kHz rather than the full number in Hz. Not a priority by any means, but helpful at some point. G

Is there a way to limit the number of lines shown when using the wrap function? Say 2 or 3 lines similar to what you had in 2.x? <wrap> - Will wrap the line to the next line if the text extends past the end of the line

...or can you implement a kind of scrolling? Is that possible beside the json file (or in the json file)?

...or can you implement a kind of scrolling? Is that possible beside the json file (or in the json file)? the build in android text scrolling has never worked correctly (i've tried a few times to add it over the years). No plans on trying again
