thanks
There has been some bug reports of some playlist related crash, but the stack trace never has enough information for me to figure out what is going on. Perhaps this is that issue

What Do I wrong? Iam trying to start playback with tasker. The Task runs without Problems (Green) but playback doesn't start.
In gnmp tasker Integration is activated. In tasker external access is activated.

For the dynamic colours, can you add a way to see what that code is and apply it as a fixed option in the theme? Sometimes the "perfect" colour comes along when playing and it would be awesome if it could be saved somehow. Need to be able to use the primary and accent codes, or at least show what they are in the theme editor.

your best bet would be to screen shot gmmp and then use a color picker in image editing software to get the hex code

Looks to be caused by having the same file in the playlist more than once AND trying to multi select it. I'll try to come up with a fix

I guess some Playlist features would be nice to have anyway. Especially showing or removing duplicates. Would be also cool to see if a track is in any (or if in any in which specific) playlist. I don't know if it would be possible to add that, but would definitely enhance the whole playlist experience.
And I really have to point out this again: The search should really be improved. Unfortunately it's really a pain to not be able to search for both artist and title at the same time.

"Especially showing or removing duplicates" - there is an entry on trello for that "Would be also cool to see if a track is in any (or if in any in which specific) playlist. I don't know if it would be possible to add that, but would definitely enhance the whole playlist experience." - playlist contents are not stored in the database so that is not possible to do in any sort of efficient manor "And I really have to point out this again: The search should really be improved. Unfortunately it's really a pain to not be able to search for both artist and title at the same time." i dont disagree. id like 3.0 to come out by the end of the year so its not reasonable to expect me to keep improving multiple aspects of the app that have already been reworked and expect 3.0 to ever get released. There is a "schedule" on trello and that is what im sticking too. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scope_creep#:~:text=Scope%20creep%20(also%20called%20requirement,defined%2C%20documented%2C%20or%20controlled. Scope creep is the reason some software never comes out (look at star citizen, development started in 2012 and they are no where close to release)

See my other post, while things are possible.. my time needs to be spent trying to finish 3.0 instead of these one off nice to have things that only matter to a handful of people
