My phone (nexus 5 marshmallow) updated fine to 2.1.0 while my 7" tablet (asus M173x) still see 2.0.28 as the latest version available.
I read in your blog: "The new update will be rolled out to 20% of the users today and I will increase that to either 50% or 100% depending on whether issues pop up."
My question is: is there a way to "force" install 2.1.0 on my tablet as well? Maybe I need the 2.1.0 .apk to do that?
P.S. thanks a lot for this awesome player.

as per today just one of my devices got the update to 2.1.0 this is the situation: nexus 5 (android 6.0.1) got the 2.1.0 asus m173x (android 4.2.2) still on 2.0.28 asus tf700t (android 4.2.1) still on 2.0.28 galaxy s1 (android 4.1.2) still on 2.0.28 my wife`s devices: nexus 5x (android 7.0) got the 2.1.0 galaxy s1 (android 4.1.2) still on 2.0.28
it looks like only the recent versions of android got the 2.1.0 update. is there any compatibility issue with 2.1.0 on android 4.x?
