Hello, I am new here, because of a question and feature request. So, if I am doing something wrong or not nice on this forum- please tell me.
For me, Gonemad is the best musicplayer for Android :-) On desktop I use Musicbee, and on Android of all players I have tested Gonemad comes most closed to Musicbee. But I don't know how to create a special smart playlist in the Gonemadplayer. This list should play 3 songs of genre XX (not played the last 30 days, prefer songs which are not often played). Then 1 song of genre YY (not played the last 30 days, prefer songs which are not often played). Then again 3 songs of genre XX (not played the last 30 days, prefer songs which are not often played). And again 1 song of genre YY (not played the last 30 days, prefer songs which are not often played). And so on... How can I achieve such a smart playlist? Thanks a lot for your help :-) And have a good night, Anoushka

unfortunately that is not possible with smart playlists. You are limited by the sorting options listed in the smart playlist editor

Saaad... Maybe there is any workaround possible?

Maybe with 2 smart playlists?:
list X: play 1 song with genre XX. list Y: play 3 songs with genre YY.
After finishing list X, continue with list Y and after finishing that list continue with list X. And so on... And because these both lists are smart, they do not repeat songs- because of "not played the last 30 days, prefer songs which are not often played".
Could this workaround be possible?

Could this workaround be possible? you could manually do something like that. play list X then queue Y.

Great, I will try that :-) And when successfully, describe it here. Maybe others wish to do something similar...

I am not yet successful. Made the two smart lists. But I cannot find out, how to tell Gonemadplayer to play at first list X, then list Y and again list X. And save that as a smart list. Or did you mean, to add the songs manually to the Queue, after one list has finished? That would mean, going every song /every 3. song to my device- that's not what I want...

yeah.. that is your only option. What you want is not possible to do in GMMP automatically

Well, the truth is that it is possible, I have achieved it with an application called tasker that automates everything, including overwriting the smart playlist and a plugin called autoinput that emulates touches; but it has some drawbacks. Autounput only works with the screen on. I listen to music on a tvbox, so the screen is always on. But there is another option, if you manage to play a smart playlist with an .spl extension from tasker, your problem will be solved. on my device it gives error. Another would be that the developer add the option that when the playback queue ends, it plays a specific smart playlist.

Hello Alextremotion, that sounds interesting! I know Tasker and Autoinput, using it for my digital fotoshow (by good instructions and some additional help). I am not a really nerd in my abilities- so I would need a detailed instruction how to do it. Could you please give me such step-by-step-instructions?
My screen is not always on- so I would probably need this mentioned .spl extension. Until the gonemadplayer-developer does add the mentioned option. I am looking forward to your solution-suggestion :-)

I don't know if files can be placed here. do you use telegram?

I am looking forward to your solution-suggestion :-) I already found how. This profile is loaded in Tasker, what it does is detect when the track changes and when the playback queue ends, in this way it continues with the playback of the next smart playlist. There are contexts in the task that you can modify, such as; set the number of smart playlists you will use and select those playlists, everything is in that profile with labels for you to guide. Hi Alextremotion, thanks for the file :-) But... I speak only very small spanish, so I do not understand, what to do with this file and what to tell Tasker and AutoInput. Sorry... And translators are not always very reliable in details. Maybe, you could tell me in english (or even in german) what to do with it?

And translators are not always very reliable in details. Maybe, you could tell me in english (or even in german) what to do with it? You just have to open Tasker, go to the profiles tab and press that tab, then you click import profile and upload the file I send. The profile and tasks are in English.
